Description
The County of Riverside is soliciting quotes for janitorial services at six park restroom facilities. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, commercial-grade equipment, tools, cleaning products, and replenishable supplies, including paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, plastic liners, sanitary napkins, and urinal cakes. Services include cleaning and sanitizing restroom fixtures, floors, partitions, walls, windows, mirrors, counters, and waste receptacles; replenishing supplies; and performing deep cleaning every two months. Routine service is required three times weekly before 6:00 a.m. The agreement has a one-year base term beginning December 1, 2026, with four additional one-year options. Bidders must submit proof of Department of Industrial Relations registration, applicable licenses and certifications, insurance evidence, a detailed service description, references, and a list of cleaning supplies and products.
