Description
St. Clair County Community Mental Health Authority is requesting proposals from organizations interested in becoming contracted providers of specialized residential adult foster care for adults with serious mental illness in St. Clair County. Interested providers may bid for the services described in the RFP. The RFP specifications and solicitation packet are available through the authority's website. Interested providers must email the designated RFP address with their contact information, including a specific email address, to receive additional submission instructions and a unique electronic submission link. Electronic bids are due by 4:00 p.m. on December 16, 2026; late bids will not be accepted.
