Description
The City of Riverside is establishing up to four panels of qualified entities or individuals, with up to five companies selected per service area, to provide on-call professional services supporting City capital improvement and facility maintenance projects. Service areas include professional construction contract management; geotechnical engineering, construction and materials testing, and licensed deputy inspection; architectural/building engineering; and cost estimation. Companies may propose for one or more service areas. The Statement of Qualifications requires company and personnel information, subcontractor confirmation, disclosures, qualifications and experience, approach and methodology, staff availability, and at least four comparable professional references from the past five years. Proposers must demonstrate at least five years of experience and provide applicable licenses or certifications, active California Department of Industrial Relations registration when applicable, and relevant project examples. The initial agreement term is three years, with two optional one-year extensions, and the maximum cumulative value is $1,000,000 per master agreement.
