Description
The project involves replacing the existing roof, box gutters, soffit, and fascia on a three-story building while retaining its hipped roof and box gutter configuration. Bidders must price three alternative roof systems: metal architectural panels, corrugated metal, and shingles. The bid schedule also includes mobilization, bonds, insurance, shop drawings, selective demolition, underlayment, box gutter liner, substrate repair, and structural gutter repair. A bid guaranty of at least 10% of the total bid is required. The contractor must be able to initiate work within 45 days of contract execution and complete it within 60 consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
