The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is seeking developers or development teams to submit a proposal for the purchase and redevelopment of the 14.21-acre brownfield site at 6111 Butler Street, parcel 120-G-145, in Pittsburgh's Upper Lawrenceville neighborhood. The site has undergone demolition, remediation, and infrastructure improvements, including stormwater and sanitary sewer work, and is zoned RIV-GI (Riverfront General Industrial Subdistrict). The solicitation package includes intersection plans, a planning framework, utility and site-grade information, a consent order and agreement, excavation and baseline environmental reports, a sources-and-uses template, sustainability policy, MWBE and MWI narrative requirements, and a disposition process overview. The opportunity is identified as RFP 62-6.17.26, Addendum 1.
