Description
The City of Pittsburgh, through its Department of Mobility & Infrastructure, is soliciting bids for a contract covering materials and labor for recurring traffic-calming work orders and purchase orders. The scope includes speed humps, speed cushions, speed tables, 3-inch and 3.5-inch raised crosswalks, traffic circles, flagperson services, additional traffic-control signs, utility adjustments, excavation, mountable combination curb and gutter, reinforced concrete pavement, topsoil, and self-watering reservoir planters. Work includes asphalt and concrete construction, temporary traffic control, permitting, site coordination, field verification, restoration, and compliance with Pennsylvania prevailing-wage requirements. The contract term is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2028, with two one-year renewal options. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the designated procurement portal and includes vendor questionnaire forms, pricing, DBE/MWDBE participation documentation, and other required response information.
