Description
Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is seeking a qualified firm to provide one QA/QC coordinator for its 2026 Neighborhood Lead Service Line Replacement Contract B project. The work supports verification of service-line materials, replacement of identified lead service lines, restoration of disturbed areas, and quality assurance of data collected through Pittsburgh Water’s Lead ArcGIS Field Maps Application and Leadline Software. The coordinator will support data verification, field audits, review of contractor quality requirements and pay applications, standard operating procedures, meetings, compliance monitoring, reporting, database review, complaint resolution, punch-list activities, and safety and incident-report review. The project is subject to PENNVEST and federal EPA funding requirements, including documentation of DBE solicitation and the Six Good Faith Efforts. Proposals must address qualifications, references, team, approach, timeline, pricing, supplier diversity participation, and required compliance forms and DBE documentation.
