Description
The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is seeking competitive proposals from qualified engineering and multidisciplinary consulting firms to provide on-call, task-order-based professional services for preparing publicly and privately owned properties for future development. Multiple firms may be selected, and respondents may propose the full range of services or specific service areas. The scope may include Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, asbestos and lead-based paint inspections, brownfield assessment and remediation support, soil and groundwater investigations, surveying, geotechnical services, demolition and site-clearing plans, grading, utility and stormwater design, permitting and agency coordination, bid-document preparation, bid-evaluation assistance, contract administration, project closeout, construction management, construction inspection, progress reporting, and related CMCI services. Proposals must include firm qualifications, key-personnel experience, similar project references, M/WBE and minority workforce inclusion narratives, a fee proposal, resumes, applicable M/WBE certifications, and any supplemental information.
