Description
Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is seeking bids for an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to rehabilitate small-diameter public sewer infrastructure using cured-in-place pipe liner installation. The work includes storm, sanitary, and combined sewer facilities throughout the Authority’s service area in Pittsburgh and will be assigned through work orders. The scope also requires sewer cleaning, CCTV inspection, sewer lateral reinstatement, bypass pumping as needed, restoration, and related traffic, environmental, safety, and public-notification measures. Each work order must generally be completed within 21 calendar days. The solicitation requires a 10% bid bond, performance and payment bonds after award, supplier-diversity documentation, qualification materials, experience and safety documentation, and electronic submission through the Euna Procurement Portal.
