Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking expressions of interest for approximately 17,571 ABOA square feet of leased space to replace the Hillandale II clinic in Durham, North Carolina. The facility will support medical treatment and administrative office functions, accommodate approximately 70 to 80 VA employees, and serve more than 10,000 Veterans and beneficiaries. The proposed space must support a mental health clinic, including a contiguous first-floor layout, secure Office of Information and Technology space, access to data connection services or an equivalent, and at least 144 parking spaces within walking distance. Interested property owners must submit the property address, description, available square footage, parking availability, photographs, and a map or other proof that the property lies within the delineated search area. This is a Sources Sought notice and request for expressions of interest, not a solicitation for offers or proposals.
