Description
The City of Durham is soliciting prequalified contractors for the early demolition phase of the East End and Long Meadow Parks renovation under bid packages 01H-General Trades, 02A-Demolition, and 31E-Earthwork. The scope includes site protection, daily cleanup, utility cutting and capping, removal of site accessories, structure demolition and abatement, site clearing, soil import and export, fine grading, site entrances, and seeding. Only prequalified bidders may submit bids, and completed prequalification packages must follow the provided instructions and required forms. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required, while the site walk is non-mandatory. Bid documents are to be made available through the designated BuildingConnected project link.
