Description

The Board of Trustees of the California State University, on behalf of California State University, Fresno, is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified general contractors for a master enabling agreement covering multiple roofing projects. The potential delivery methods are Design-Build, Collaborative (Progressive) Design-Build, and Construction Manager at Risk, including design, preconstruction, construction management, cost estimating, constructability review, scheduling, trade contractor procurement, and construction services. Identified projects include roofing replacements at the Student Recreation Center, Ag Mechanics Building, Kremen Building, and Peters Building, plus additional projects.
