The City of Fresno Capital Projects Department is seeking qualified hydrogeological consulting firms to provide on-call services for new groundwater monitoring wells, reclamation wells, and municipal water supply wells, as well as inspection and rehabilitation of existing municipal wells. Services may include design assistance, technical specifications and cost estimates, construction observation, materials and drilling-fluid review, well development and testing oversight, water-level and water-quality analysis, pump-test evaluation, well video review, well completion reporting, and preparation of technical and summary reports. The City anticipates awarding at least three contracts under this qualification-based solicitation. The initial contract term is three years, with two additional one-year extensions available at the City's discretion. The estimated total award amount for all on-call services during the contract term is $7,500,000, allocated among awarded contracts without a guarantee of work. Respondents must submit a Statement of Qualifications containing a cover letter, firm overview, relevant experience from the last five years with references, resumes for the contract manager and key staff, client references, and signed addenda, within a 20-page limit excluding required exhibits, signed addenda, and forms.
