Description
Ambassador Phillip V. Sanchez II Public Charter is soliciting proposals for Category 1 data transmission and Internet access services: a 1 Gbps fiber Internet circuit at 800-830 Fresno Street, Fresno, California. The service must include a /29 block of static public IPv4 addresses, with five usable externally facing addresses reachable from the Internet without routing through a firewall or NAT. Installation and initial configuration are requested. Proposals must include the FCC Form 470 number, the bidder’s Service Provider Identification Number, sample contracts unless month-to-month service is proposed, and complete pricing for recurring charges, taxes, surcharges, usage fees, and one-time construction or installation costs. Pricing must identify ineligible services and support 12-, 24-, and 36-month terms, with options for two single-year voluntary renewals; month-to-month proposals will also be considered. Bidders must address bandwidth increases, service availability, construction requirements, compatibility, E-Rate experience, and other evaluation factors.
