Description
The City of Fresno is soliciting a lump-sum construction bid for improvements at multiple roadway locations. Work includes constructing sidewalk and installing streetlights along Bullard Avenue between Forkner and Van Ness, extending eastbound left-turn lanes on Herndon Avenue at the Herndon and Palm intersection, and installing protective left-turn phasing, ADA curb ramps, high-visibility crosswalks, and video detection.
