The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service is seeking new office furniture to replace broken and worn furnishings at its Fresno office. The requirement includes one mobile room divider, one storage cabinet, one conference table, eight ergonomic office chairs, one credenza reception desk, five height-adjustable L-shaped standing desks, four bookcases with doors, four five-tier bookcases, and seven two-drawer file cabinets. The contractor must furnish, deliver, assemble, install, and place the furniture in designated rooms, remove contractor-generated packaging and installation debris, and provide written completion confirmation. Existing furniture removal and disposal, electrical work, IT installation, telecommunications installation, and construction services are excluded. Delivery and installation must be completed within 90 calendar days after contract award. Quotations must include pricing for all items, delivery, installation and assembly, packing-material removal, and any applicable discounts, along with required past-performance documentation and acknowledgment of the solicitation's terms and conditions.
