Description
The LaSalle Public Library Board of Trustees is soliciting sealed bids for the replacement of the roof at LaSalle Public Library under one lump-sum contract. The work must comply with the project’s bidding documents and Illinois prevailing-wage requirements. A bid security equal to 10% of the proposed base bid must accompany each bid. The selected bidder must provide satisfactory performance and payment bonds covering full contract performance. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and bids will be publicly opened at the stated deadline.
