Description
Crescent View West Public Charter School is requesting proposals for Category 1 fiber-optic internet access and data transmission services at three locations. Requested bandwidths are 1 Gbps at 4971 E Kings Canyon Blvd., Suites A-C, Fresno; 2 Gbps at 1901 E. Shields Ave., Suite 130, Fresno; and 500 Mbps or 1 Gbps at 115 Belmont Ave., Suite 300, Mendota. Each circuit must include a /29 block of static public IPv4 addresses, with five usable, externally facing, internet-reachable addresses that do not require routing through a firewall or NAT. Bidders must provide pricing for 12-, 24-, and 36-month terms, two optional single-year renewals, and month-to-month service. Pricing must include recurring charges, taxes, surcharges, usage fees, and one-time construction or installation costs, while separately identifying ineligible services. Proposals must state whether service is already available at each location or whether construction is required, and estimate the construction timeline when applicable. Bids must include the Form 470 number, the bidder’s SPIN, and sample contracts unless month-to-month service is proposed. The award will emphasize cost, compatibility, prior experience with the school, E-Rate experience, and proposal completeness.
