Description
Cornwall-Lebanon School District is soliciting bids for chiller plant upgrades at Cedar Crest Middle School. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Acts, and applicable environmental and natural-resource regulations. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope. Bid security equal to 10% of the bid is required in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the contract price within 10 days after award. Bidders must obtain the electronic bid documents through Moore Engineering Company and complete the bidder information form.
