Description
The Borough of Lititz is soliciting a contractor to renew and upgrade the HVAC controls serving Police Department portions of the Borough offices at 7 and 9 South Broad Street. The existing Trane Odyssey split system, including AHU-2 and CU-2, will remain. The project is intended to correct temperature-control deficiencies, replace obsolete and inaccessible controls, improve maintainability, and provide a documented, programmable system for approximately 16 temperature-control zones, subject to field verification. The work includes HVAC controls integration, programmable direct digital controls, temperature and humidity sensing, zone control, air-handling-unit and dehumidification controls, heating and cooling control, damper and valve control, alarms, scheduling, pump sequencing, and related testing and commissioning. The contractor must coordinate with existing mechanical and electrical systems and provide the required documentation and control-system functionality.
