Description
Lancaster Township is soliciting bids for the Wabank Road Municipal Campus project. The base bid includes mobilization and demobilization, surveying and layout, topsoil stripping and earthwork, stormwater infiltration testing, amended-soil preparation and placement, and related work shown in the plans. Addendum 1 clarifies the proposed location for contractor-placed millings and revises Option D to require the supply, installation, and maintenance of erosion-control measures depicted on the plans. Options also include installation of township-provided storm pipes and structures, millings placement, and installation and stabilization of swales. The contractor must comply with the plans, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation specifications, prevailing-wage requirements where applicable, testing, traffic-control, insurance, bonding, and completion requirements. Work must be completed by June 30, 2027.
