Description
The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority seeks a contractor to provide safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible chemical and contaminated fluid waste management. The scope includes identifying, characterizing, segregating, collecting, labeling, packaging, storing, sampling, transporting, treating, recycling, recovering, and disposing of hazardous and non-hazardous chemical waste and regulated fluids. Waste streams may include contaminated wastewater, used oils and lubricants, solvents, paints, acids, alkalis, laboratory chemicals, glycol and coolant solutions, fuel-contaminated liquids, chemical sludge, and contaminated absorbents, filters, and rags. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, supervision, equipment, containers, transportation, PPE, licenses, permits, spill response, area and equipment decontamination, waste tracking, manifests, disposal certificates, analytical results when required, and final closeout documentation. Proposals require separate technical and business volumes, with pricing submitted through the vendor questionnaire.
