Description
The Northeast Indiana Solid Waste Management District is soliciting sealed bids for operation of a household hazardous waste drop-off program. Services include collection, transportation, recycling, and disposal of hazardous and problem waste materials from households and Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators. The winning bidder must provide adequately trained personnel to work with District staff during normal program hours. Bidders must use the District-furnished bid forms and submit a fully executed non-collusion affidavit. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier’s check, or 10 percent bid bond, and bids must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed, properly marked envelope.
