Hamilton County, Ohio is seeking prime contractors for Bid Package 3 covering TC-05 Electric, TC-06 Plumbing, TC-07 Fire Suppression, and TC-08 General Trades for the Southeast and Southwest Escalator Towers at Paycor Stadium. Addendum 2 revises the drawing index, bid form, summary of work, allowances, alternates, architectural and MEP drawings, and CMU demolition and infill requirements. The revised scopes include electrical service, temporary lighting and power, fire alarm and public-address connections, plumbing and stormwater work, dry-pendant fire suppression and temporary standpipe systems, masonry, waterproofing, traffic coatings, roofing, wall panels, curtain walls, glazing, doors, hardware, stucco, mechanical work, painting, and related general trades. Bidders must submit lump-sum pricing with trade-specific breakdowns, acknowledge addenda, provide the required bid guaranty and contract bond, comply with the Minority, Women, and Small Business Enterprise Program, and use the provided bid form. Allowances are $250,000 for TC-05 Electric, $25,000 for TC-06 Plumbing, $0 for TC-07 Fire Suppression, and $500,000 for TC-08 General Trades; one alternate covers painting all CMU and concrete walls. No substitutions are permitted.
