Description
The City of North Charleston is soliciting proposals for solid waste collection and disposal services for household residents located within the city's municipal limits in Dorchester County, South Carolina. The selected contractor will need to order and receive the equipment required to perform the new contract, with the procurement allowing lead time because of equipment-delivery delays. The response must include a Statement of Understanding, an explanation of relevant experience, current and projected workload, resources and background, a cost proposal provided by the City, and a Statement of Bidders Questionnaire provided by the City. The solicitation is intended to continue an outsourced service currently provided under a contract that expires June 30, 2027.
