Description
The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver two specified new OEM ThermoKing air-conditioning components over a 24-month minimum-buy contract. The required parts are ThermoKing compressor, screw, Qs391B, catalog number 1021320, and ThermoKing clutch assembly 8.30D 2-5V, catalog number 1070518. SORTA guarantees minimum annual quantities of 15 compressors and 30 clutch assemblies, for a two-year minimum commitment of 30 compressors and 60 clutch assemblies, and may order additional quantities at the same unit pricing. Only the specified OEM parts will be accepted; substitutions with non-approved components are prohibited. Parts must be new, packaged to prevent damage, identifiable by unique OEM-verifiable part numbers, and accompanied by a packing slip and certificate of conformance or equivalent OEM traceability documentation identifying applicable lot or batch information. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the e-procurement portal, including the bid pricing form, required certifications, vendor questionnaire responses, insurance certificates, and a detailed cost breakdown. Award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive offer.
