Description
The City of Cincinnati, through its Office of Environment & Sustainability, is seeking a qualified firm to provide turnkey Recycling Program Sponsorship Planning and Management Services. The selected contractor will develop sponsorship packages, identify and manage sponsors, negotiate agreements subject to City approval, design and produce sponsorship branding, install and maintain sponsorship materials, manage placements on residential recycling carts, public recycling containers, drop-off facilities, digital platforms, and other approved media, coordinate community engagement, and provide reporting, analytics, financial reconciliation, and revenue-sharing calculations. The opportunity anticipates a three-year initial contract with two one-year renewal options. The proposal must address firm experience, key personnel, technical approach and schedule, cost and revenue strategy, and MBE/WBE/SBE utilization. The City requires 3% MBE and 4% WBE participation goals, and the selected contractor must perform at least 60% of the Agreement value with its own organization. A minimum annual sponsorship revenue guarantee is not required, and alternative compensation and revenue-return structures may be proposed.
