Description
The Town of Lexington is seeking a qualified vendor to provide household hazardous waste collection services. Respondents must submit separate price and non-price proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the solicitation number and service title. The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive vendor offering the most advantageous proposal under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B, Section 6. Solicitation documents will be available online beginning August 27, 2026.
