Description
Montgomery Township is soliciting sealed bids for the collection and disposal of solid waste from various township facilities. Bidders must submit the provided proposal forms and comply with the instructions and contract documents. The selected contractor will be the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive, complies with the Township's requirements, is reasonable within available funds, and serves the Township's interests. The bid package includes one original proposal-form copy and one additional copy, either paper or a scanned PDF submitted on USB media. The bid must be sealed and labeled with the specified bid number and project description.
