IDEA Greater Cincinnati is requesting pricing for a cloud-native firewall-as-a-service platform and related security capabilities. The requested solution includes 1,420 units of an iboss Complete FWaaS Education Bundle with a three-year instructional license, a three-year content-filtering add-on, and a three-year generative-AI risk module. Equivalent products may be proposed if they meet or exceed the stated specifications and are clearly identified. Pricing must include licensing, implementation, configuration, support, maintenance, training, project management, delivery, and other necessary costs, with no additional surcharges unless expressly permitted. Offerors must provide manufacturer and part/model information, identify E-Rate-eligible and ineligible portions, and submit firm pricing for the initial three-year term. IDEA may exercise up to two additional 12-month renewal periods; renewal pricing may not include annual increases, escalation clauses, or surcharges.
