Description
The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is soliciting bids for an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to supply and deliver transit coach fluids and absorbent products on an as-needed basis. Products support daily fleet operations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs for SORTA’s bus, paratransit, and micro-transit vehicles. The estimated quantities cover two years and are not binding; SORTA may award by individual item, combination of items, or in the aggregate. Requested products include Fleetguard ES Compleat OAT antifreeze, premixed -20°F windshield washer solvent, Rain Shield or an equivalent comparable to Rain-X, oil absorbent, master degreaser, and Mopar 50/50 coolant. Products must be new, meet OEM specifications, and be packaged to prevent damage during shipping and storage. The solicitation identifies specific receiving locations and requires delivery within the stated contract requirements. Bidders must submit pricing through the electronic procurement portal, along with required certifications, insurance certificates, business participation materials, and other questionnaire responses.
