Description
The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority is soliciting vendors to supply, on an as-needed basis, vinyl graphic materials and related printer supplies for repairing, replacing, and maintaining exterior graphics on buses and other transit vehicles. Required items include permanent gloss white vinyl, 3M Controltac graphic film, Scotchcal overlaminate, Epson 3M Ultrachrome inks, pre-mask tape, prismatic white reflective vinyl, an additional printer maintenance kit, and ink cleaner. Products must be new, meet OEM specifications, use the specified manufacturer catalog numbers unless an approved alternative is accepted, and be packaged to prevent damage during shipping and storage. The contract is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity arrangement with estimated quantities over a two-year term. Orders will be placed as inventory needs arise, and shipments must be delivered within ten calendar days when replacement parts are required after inspection. The bid package requires an electronically completed bid pricing form, vendor questionnaire responses, specified certifications, insurance certificates, technical-compliance documentation, a notarized personal property tax affidavit, a detailed cost breakdown, and other portal forms and confirmations.
