Description
The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority is seeking a qualified vendor for a four-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity list-less purchasing agreement for Cummins parts. The parts will support running repairs, maintenance, overhaul, and rebuilding of SORTA’s existing internal-combustion engine platforms, as well as Cummins engines installed in future coaches acquired during the contract term. The scope includes a broad range of engine, fuel, exhaust, emissions, sensor, gasket, hose, turbocharger, pump, and related replacement parts. Proposals must address ordering and catalog/list-management processes, availability, price-change notifications, core charges and returns, account support, emergency ordering, shipment tracking, warranties, returns, and optional vendor-managed inventory capabilities. The response requires separate technical and business volumes, a percentage-discount price proposal, vendor questionnaire responses, references and similar-project experience, staffing information, insurance certificates, responsibility and lobbying certifications, a notarized personal property tax affidavit, a non-collusion statement, and the MetroMAX small-business participation plan. Electronic submission through the e-Procurement portal is required; hard-copy submissions are not accepted.
