Northeast Wisconsin Technical College is soliciting sealed, stipulated-sum proposals for furnishing all labor and materials identified for the Howard Elementary School steel and precast construction project. The notice identifies the procurement as NWTC Bid No. PRJ 100537 and Contract No. REL. Proposals may be submitted by mail or email. Email submissions must be sent to proposals@nwtc.edu with a clear subject line; proposals lacking the required subject-line identification may be rejected. Late proposals will be rejected. A public bid opening will be held, with a virtual attendance link available upon request.
