Description
Millcreek seeks a consultant to develop a concept plan for landscaping and beautifying a large roundabout and two smaller traffic circles. The work includes project initiation and data collection; site and ownership research; existing-conditions documentation; stakeholder engagement and two public open houses; three planting and signage alternatives; coordination with transportation and utility agencies; and conceptual design of a preferred alternative. The plan should consider drought-tolerant plantings, irrigation and utility needs, potential welcome signage and art, and relevant permitting requirements. The consultant must also prepare planning-level cost estimates, a funding and implementation strategy, a final feasibility study report, an executive summary, and presentation materials. Final deliverables must be provided in PDF and editable formats. The proposal must include relevant experience, an organizational chart, a work approach, a separate fee proposal, references, and disclosures regarding anticipated problems, conflicts, and eligibility.
