Description
The City of Eldon is soliciting bids from qualified concrete contractors to furnish labor and customary tools for concrete placement, finishing, and related work on an as-needed basis from January 1 through December 31, 2027. The City anticipates multiple projects but guarantees no minimum quantity, expenditure, or work assignment, and may award to one or more contractors. Individual jobs must have anticipated contractor labor costs below $40,000; materials, equipment, mobilization, and other charges must be itemized separately in each quotation. Specific scope, site conditions, schedules, and deliverables will be authorized in writing before work begins. Contractors must comply with applicable specifications, safety requirements, laws, and business licensing requirements. Before work begins, the selected contractor must provide certificates of insurance for workers’ compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability, with limits acceptable to the City.
