Description
The City of Yale is seeking a qualified contractor to install approximately 392 square feet of six-inch-thick concrete at 17 South Main Street. The work includes site preparation and excavation, base preparation and compaction, forming, wire reinforcement, control or expansion joints, an exterior slip-resistant finish, removal and disposal of excess materials and debris, and restoration and cleanup of the surrounding area. Proposals must provide a lump-sum price covering all labor, materials, equipment, preparation, installation, cleanup, and disposal; an anticipated schedule and estimated completion time; any exclusions or pricing conditions; and contractor contact information. Proof of appropriate insurance coverage must be provided upon the City's request. Contractors are responsible for verifying existing site conditions and measurements before submitting a proposal.
