Description
The City of West Jordan is soliciting bids for the complete installation of an irrigation system at Harvest Estates Park. The work includes furnishing labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and incidentals; connecting to the existing flow sensor; installing mainline and lateral piping, valves, sprinklers, controls, wiring, sleeves, and related components; removing and abandoning unnecessary existing irrigation components; and restoring disturbed areas. The contractor must coordinate inspections, perform pressure and operational testing, commission the completed system, correct deficiencies, provide as-built drawings and operations and maintenance materials, and complete required winterization and spring start-up activities. The work must comply with the approved plans, West Jordan's irrigation specifications and design standards, applicable codes, licensing requirements, and specified experience, certification, insurance, and bonding requirements. Completion is required no later than June 1, 2027, following issuance of a written Notice to Proceed.
