Description
Lake Metroparks is soliciting sealed bids for construction of a 40-by-100-foot metal cart barn at Erie Shores Golf Course. The work includes foundation construction, miscellaneous materials, permitting, required inspections, and complete erection of the metal building kit, including roof and wall panels, doors, windows, framing, bracing, anchors, and related components shown in the drawings. The site will be cleared and prepared with a gravel base before construction. The project is subject to Ohio prevailing-wage requirements. The estimated base-bid cost is $130,000. Bidders must submit the required bid forms and qualifications information, provide a bid guarantee for bids of $75,000 or more, and comply with the stated self-performance, insurance, bonding, safety, schedule, and subcontractor requirements. Substantial completion is required by April 30, 2027, with final completion by May 17, 2027.
