Description
The City of Raleigh seeks a single-prime contractor to remove and dispose of existing HVAC equipment and install replacement systems at seven fire stations. The work includes new line sets as needed, thermostats, electrical connections, equipment supports, refrigerant recovery and charging, startup, and any necessary duct transitions. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, permits, and inspections, and perform the work in accordance with applicable North Carolina codes and regulations. The specifications call for like-for-like replacements, with Goodman or Rheem equipment preferred, or equally compatible equipment, and units rated at least 15 SEER. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
