Description
The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals for annual cleaning of approximately 53 911 center console workstations. Services include HEPA vacuuming; cleaning and sanitizing reachable interior and exterior surfaces, counters, shelves, mice, keyboards, monitors, phones, printers, and other peripherals; and cleaning beneath control desks. The contractor must inspect consoles for abnormalities, alignment, stability, loose hardware, doors, hinges, lights, molding, fabric edges, duct arms, fans, control panels, and environmental controls; make minor adjustments such as refastening console legs and tightening screws or bolts; and provide a detailed inspection report identifying issues requiring repair. Work is expected to occur during business hours over approximately three to five business days while rotating stations to avoid disrupting call center operations. Proposers should demonstrate relevant experience in 911 or public safety dispatch centers, and assigned employees must have employer-completed background checks and CJIS certification.
