Description
The Town of Colonie is soliciting bids for replacement of the boiler at Town Hall. Bidders must submit the completed solicitation pages marked “TO BE SUBMITTED” and any other required documents, along with bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount, provided as either a certified check or a bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 100% performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond at contract execution. If the award exceeds $750,000, the successful bidder must have an apprenticeship program in place.
