Description
The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for 17,310 to 18,221 ABOA square feet of office space within the delineated Raleigh area bounded by Highways 440, 87, and 40. The lease term is 10 years, with five years firm. Subleases will not be considered, and offered space must comply with applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including fire and life safety, accessibility, seismic resilience, and energy-efficiency standards. The agency-specific requirements include a tenant improvement allowance of $53.06 per ABOA square foot and building-specific amortized capital of $12.00 per ABOA square foot, each amortized over five years. Offers must be submitted through the secure Leasing Portal and will be evaluated on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable basis without negotiations.
