Description
The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials to remove the existing furnace and install a new 95%-efficient, gas-fired forced-air furnace, along with a new high-efficiency water heater. Work includes required connections and related installation work, compliance with applicable Michigan mechanical, plumbing, and fuel-gas codes, and required permits. The contractor must provide an 18-month warranty on completed work and materials.
