Description
The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more qualified firms to provide multidisciplinary professional services for the Capital Boulevard Corridor project. The scope includes project coordination; preliminary engineering and 30% design for roadway, multimodal facilities, stormwater, stream restoration, and greenway facilities; traffic and multimodal analysis; survey and Level B subsurface utility engineering; geotechnical investigation; property acquisition support; cost estimating; and environmental documentation addressing anticipated contamination. The selected consultant will also support stakeholder and public engagement, including project branding, surveys, presentations, accessible renderings, and engagement facilitation. Additional services include implementation and permitting schedules, construction phasing and delivery-method recommendations, identification of grant opportunities, and grant application support. Respondents must submit a qualifications package addressing firm experience, financial information, project approach and schedule, proposed team qualifications, hourly rates, and required references. The contract is expected to remain effective until completion, with an estimated 720-day timeframe.
