Description
The City seeks a contractor to provide as-needed fuel deliveries for generators and reserve fuel tanks, along with fuel sampling and testing, fuel polishing, treatment with approved additives, and inspection and removal of water, sediment, and other contaminants. The contractor must provide pricing for these services and fuel, quote delivery costs before work begins, and price fuel at or below current State Contract pricing. Deliveries are initiated by purchase order, with standard deliveries due within two consecutive business days after receipt. The scope also requires proper handling and disposal of removed materials, service reports and test results, and coordination with City Facilities and Operations.
