Description
The City seeks one or more firms to perform small concrete repairs resulting from water utility repairs or damage caused by water utility failures. Work orders may cover sidewalk panels, curb and gutter, driveways, ADA ramps, and other concrete areas. Pricing must be provided per square foot for the applicable repair types and include permits, removal and disposal, fill materials, and site restoration, including seeding and strawing. Work must comply with the specifications applicable to the area where it is performed, including NCDOT or municipal specifications as applicable. Repairs must be completed within 15 business days of notification. The proposal must include firm experience and references, financial information, an approach and schedule, staffing information, and a separate cost proposal. The contract term will be specified in the contract awarded; the RFP does not set a term.
