Description
Grace School District seeks a contractor to retrofit the HVAC systems serving two buildings at Grace Junior and Senior High School. The work includes labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and coordination; installation of heating, cooling, ventilation, and controls equipment; associated ductwork, piping, insulation, and electrical connections; and repair of disturbed finishes. The scope also includes permits, startup, testing and balancing, commissioning support, owner training, warranties, and closeout documentation, as specified in the final scope, specifications, and addenda. Bidders must submit a signed, itemized lump-sum price identifying equipment manufacturers and models, labor and material costs, controls and electrical work, permits, and testing. Alternates must be listed separately, with assumptions, exclusions, warranty terms, equipment lead times, proposed shutdowns, and completion schedule identified. The bid must also include contractor qualifications, applicable licenses, insurance information, comparable-project references, and acknowledgment of all addenda. Work is anticipated to begin in December 2026 and must be coordinated with school operations while maintaining safe, secure access for students and staff.
