Description
The Town seeks a qualified HVAC contractor to furnish and install one complete new 5-ton HVAC system at Town Hall. The work includes an exterior condensing unit, indoor air handling unit, new supply and return ductwork and registers, refrigerant and condensate piping, insulation, associated electrical components, and a programmable thermostat. The contractor must coordinate startup, test and balance the system, provide manufacturer warranties and at least a one-year workmanship warranty, and remove construction debris. Proposals must include company information, North Carolina HVAC contractor license information, proposed equipment and manufacturer, estimated installation schedule, lump-sum project cost, and proof of general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Proposals are accepted until the opportunity is filled and may be submitted by mail or email.
