Description
The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals from one or more firms for an on-call master service agreement covering investigation, sealing, and stabilization of stormwater and transportation assets. The work includes injection grouting for culverts, pipes, inlets, junctions, structures, and subsurface voids caused by infiltration, exfiltration, soil loss, or structural defects. The contractor must provide mobilization, traffic control, special-access support, dewatering or bypass pumping as needed, and polyurethane grouting using specified Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3 materials. Requirements include qualified personnel, NCDOT-approved polyurethane products, work plans, material certifications, daily grout logs, confined-space compliance where applicable, environmental protections, cleanup, and a one-year warranty. Proposals must include corporate experience and references, financial information, project approach and schedule, and pricing.
